What broadband is actually available at a postcode, from Ofcom’s Connected Nations data — the coverage figures operators are required to report, rather than a price comparison page trying to sell you a deal.
These are availability figures, not speed tests. They tell you what share of premises in the postcode could get each tier if they ordered it, which is a different question from what you would get at a particular address on a particular evening.
The share of premises reached by superfast, ultrafast, gigabit and full fibre, plus how many fall below the minimum service obligation.

Your actual speed. Ofcom model these figures from operator returns rather than measuring them, and no availability figure accounts for your wiring, your router or your neighbours.
Enter your postcode. You get Ofcom's coverage figures tier by tier, which is a broadband postcode checker built on the data operators are required to report — not on what anybody wants to sell you.
The full fibre and gigabit figures show what share of premises are reached. If that is 100% yours almost certainly is; at 40% you need a provider's own full fibre checker to see which side of the line your address falls.
This shows what physically reaches the premises rather than listing broadband providers in your area, because availability is the fact and the provider list changes with commercial deals. Once you know full fibre reaches you, any provider using that network can sell it to you.
The tiers show the highest speed reaching premises in your postcode. Whether you get the fastest broadband in your area also depends on your wiring and your router, which no coverage figure can account for.
Comparison sites show what they can sell. Ofcom data shows what exists, including operators who pay nobody for a listing.
