Privacy policy

What we collect and why, our lawful basis for each use, how long we keep it, who we share it with, your rights, and how to complain.

What MoveCompass is and is not, your account, plans and trials, your 14-day right to cancel, the removals directory, and the limits of our liability.

What you are charged and when, how to cancel in one click, refunds, and what happens to your saved areas if you drop back to the free plan.

Every dataset behind the tools, its licence, when it last refreshed and which tools it feeds.

Accounts, plans, billing, what each tool covers and which nations it reaches — the questions people ask before signing up, answered plainly.

A question about your data, a figure that looks wrong, or anything the pages here do not cover. A person reads every message.
